What's a blog tour? It is an online tour of interviews, reviews, and conversations around the web to raise interest in a newly released book. It is lots of fun with fun insights and behind the scenes info from the author and there are usually book giveaways...and in my case you may even win a book gift basket!
Sunday, the 14th, you'll find another interview with the authors at Lena Nelson Dooley's A Christian Writers World.
Monday, the 15th, the Colonial Courtships authors begin there long visit with Valerie Comer, the hostess of Barbour's Romancing America blog. I'll be featured for several days this week to talk about my novella Carving a Future, the first book included in the Colonial Courtships anthology.
I'm visiting at From the Heart with Cheryl St. John on Tues., the 16th, to talk about Colonial Detours.
Wed., the 17th read a review at A Pew Perspective and author interview with another chance to win a copy of Colonial Courtships.
Meet with me at Overcoming Through Time - With God's Help on on Thursday, the 18th.
And you'll even find me on Petticoats and Pistols on Saturday where I talk about Plotting with Pictures.
Tomorrow, the 15th, I celebrate my Colonial American fiction debut with a tea party at Colonial Quills, the Colonial American Christian Writer's blog that I contribute to each month. There is another gift basket giveaway there as well!
I invite you to join me as I celebrate Colonial Courtships around the web. Please spread the word!
And be sure to sign up for "Adventures of the Heart", my Once-in-a-White author newsletter.
Your books sounds great and I look forward to reading it. U.S. History was always one of my favorite subjects in school.

ReplyDeleteCarla,
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry I missed the Tea Party at Colonial Quills! I was busy with my grandchildren. I'll have to hop over there and see what you ladies talked about :) Looking forward to reading your book!
Best wishes,

Thank you, Mary! Nice to know you. And congratulations on your book, too!
ReplyDeleteHi Carla,
ReplyDeleteLove your blog and the book and basket give away is a great idea! Sharing.
Thank you, Kathy. So nice of you to stop by! And thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI found you via your tour post with OTT.. and I am so glad I did. I had no idea there was a blog for the Romancing America series! I have a lot to catch up on! I had read the novella(s) 'Central Park Rendezvous' and LOVED it, so I really want to find out more about the books. I love historical fiction, and not too long ago finally found historical Christian fiction, and I feel like the books offer the best of both worlds for me! Oh, and love that basket!! WOW! =) And what an inspiring idea for Gift giving coming up, sometimes I feel silly just giving books that I want to share, but wrapping them up with TLC and a gift basket of goodies is such an awesome idea. Good luck with your new release & Book tour!
ReplyDeleteI love your story, Carla!! And, I would love to win your gift basket--perfect gift to bring a smile to someone I love. Or, maybe I will keep all but the book--and give that away :)
ReplyDeleteGreat job,
Jeanne
